How will I know if my card payment is successful?

  • Purplebox will send an invoice via email confirming the payment. Also, you can check with your bank if the amount has been deducted, most likely the payment did go through.

Why was I charged the wrong amount for my order?

  • Purplebox accepts all major credit and debit cards that are supported by VISA, Mastercard, or AMEX.

How do I use my coupon code?

There are two ways to input the coupon code:

  • After clicking “add to cart” there will be an option to enter you coupon code at the lower left part.

  • On the checkout page, before you click “place order” there is an option above it to put your coupon code


How can I track my order?

  • You can track your order by logging in to your account and click “My Orders” on the upper left side of the screen

How can I change or cancel my order?

  • We currently do not have an option to cancel or change the order once it has been completed. However, you can contact our support team to assist you.



How do I return my item?

  • Please note that return policy differs from each merchant.

NOTE: Return request will be reviewed and should be subject by terms & conditions.


Before returning, please make sure the product is:

  • Unused condition

  • Complete with free gifts, accessories, and in the original packaging

  • Sealed condition - Except when item cannot be identified while still contained in the original packaging

Is there a charge to return the item?

  • Yes, we charge 15 QAR for items collection if the customer decided to return the item for such personal reason.



When will you deliver my order?

  • Purplebox is committed to deliver your orders within 24 hours. Please note that we do not deliver during Fridays.

Can I change the Shipping Address?

  • Yes, just log in to your account and click “Manage address”

Where can I check my shipping fee when placing an order?

  • During checkout process, you can check your shipping fee in the Order Summary box.

What are the shipping fees and rates?

  • For Cash on Delivery: 15 QAR

  • For Card Payments: 10 QAR

  • For Paypal: Free delivery charge

Can I receive a call before delivery?

  • Yes, our driver usually calls the customer to confirm availability before delivering the items.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we do international shipping with appropriate shipping charge from shipping companies as per the order size and weight.

What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

  • If in case you are not home when your package arrives, you can have someone collect your order on your behalf.
